WP20 – Patient-centric data modeling

Rationale 

Our research center will develop a unique and rich resource of longitudinal and

vertical patient-derived clinical and pre-clinical data.

Our CFA1 is focused on molecular profiling, imaging and biomarker discovery and CFA2 is applying and developing state-of-the art surgical and oncology treatment modalities in pre-clinical models and through establishment of clinical trials. In CFA3, we will monitor and quantify outcome-specific metrics of our patients. 

We rationale that a patient-centric data-driven integration of these unique datasets will allow us to obtain novel and complex insights that will allow us to identify associations between biomarkers, treatments and patient outcomes including QOL.
